    My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    We always try to deliver your furniture before the given time but there may be some unforeseen issues that can cause delay in the delivery. But worry not!! You can contact us or can contact the shipping partner we always share you the tracking ID of your shipment.

    Do you deliver on public holidays?

    This completely depends on the delivery partner we always try to deliver you shipment on or before the given date but there may be certain rules of delivery partner that we can not change. So the shipment may or may not be delivered on public holiday.

    Do you deliver to my postcode?

    Yes we deliver on the exact provided address which includes your postcode(pincode) and we deliver all over India so we can deliver your furniture wherever you want it.

    Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

    There is no such scheme as next-day delivery but there may be some products which can be delivered to you location on the next day based on your location and availability of  delivery partner.

    Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

    Yes, we would love to deliver you your shipment but if there is any case that you are not available at the time of delivery any person related to you can sign your delivery because we carry the responsibility of the shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
